Rules and BehaviorsDear
Parents:
We’d like to thank all the parents for choosing our door to door
transportation services. It is our commitment and responsibility to give a safe
and secured service to your child at all times. Because of our concern, we
kindly ask all the parents of the children we transport to take the time to read
the following rules and behaviors to their children before they ride on the bus
the first day of school.
It is required that the child should be ready five (5) minutes prior to
his pickup time. If the child is not on time we cannot wait because
it will delay the entire route.
For the afternoon pickup, we urge the parents to instruct their
children to be on their bus on time to ride back home. We know some
children like to socialize, but we do not want to drop them off late
at home.
The child should keep fastened his/her seat belt at all times
while in the bus.
Parents should notify Maya’s or the driver when their child will
be absent and not riding on the bus.
If your child wants to ride with a friend on the bus, we require
a written authorization from both parents. This option will be only
available upon availability and occasionally.
Children should not distract the driver while the bus is in
motion. It is required for the children to respect and listen to the
driver at all time.
Any hand games between students are totally prohibited.
No eating, drinking, loud behavior or offensive words on the
bus.
Your child should know that we work in constant communication
with the school for any misbehavior in the bus.
Each child is responsible for their personal belongings. We will
keep safe if anything was forgotten on the bus, but we are not
responsible for any lost article.
